Perilla Oil is aptly called a Superfood owing to its composition of Omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids and tocopherols, all in a single natural ingredient, that is Perilla Seed Oil. This is the only oil where all of these fatty acids are found together and in these rich quantities. This healthy oil has antioxidants, strong anti-inflammatory properties and cardiovascular protective effects. It has a smoky flavour profile and high protein content making it very suitable for salad dressings and raw consumption.
